Entrega de Archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea el titular el Ministerio de Transporte a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto y que tengan relación con las competencias de la Comisión de Regulación de Infraestructura y Transporte (CRIT), deberán ser transferidos a esta Comisión una vez entre en funcionamiento, en los términos señalados por la Ley y acorde con las indicaciones que fijen el Secretario General del Ministerio y el Subdirector Administrativo y Financiero de la Comisión.
