Excepción . Excepcionalmente Dimar, podrá expedir permisos especiales y transitorios debidamente motivados en forma individual a un transportador marítimo privado para

Transportar carga propia que no sea del giro ordinario de su actividad económica.

Transportar carga de cabotaje o internacional a cambio de una contraprestación, siempre que no exista empresa de transporte marítimo de servicio público en disponibilidad y oportunidad para movilizarla. De tales autorizaciones deberá dar información inmediata a la Dirección General de Transporte Marítimo del Ministerio de Transporte.
