°. Adiciónase al artículo 113 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el siguiente

Parágrafo 3

En el evento en que la carga no pueda ser entregada al depósito habilitado señalado en los documentos de transporte o al determinado por el transportador o agente de carga, por encontrarse suspendida su habilitación, o no tener capacidad de almacenamiento o porque la mercancía requiera condiciones especiales de almacenamiento; el transportador, su representante o el agente de carga, podrá solicitar a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales el cambio de depósito habilitado para el almacenamiento”.
