Para obtener visa ordinaria como inversionista nacional el extranjero deberá haber permanecido por el término de un (1) año con visa temporal y presentar una solicitud acompañada de los siguientes documentos

a)

Certificación del Departamento Nacional de Planeación en la cual conste la calidad de inversionista nacional;

b)

Fotocopia autenticada de la declaración de renta;

c)

Copia de la escritura de constitución de la sociedad donde conste su participación como socio;

d)

Certificado de antecedentes expedido por el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad;

e)

Certificado médico general expedido por un facultativo registrado en el Ministerio de Salud.
