º Habilítase por veintinueve (29) días calendario, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el término para presentar la Declaración de Saneamiento de que trata el Decreto-ley 1751 de 1991, para los vehículos que hayan ingresado al país con anterioridad al 1º de septiembre de 1990, y que se encuentren en incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el régimen aduanero.
