Artículo primero. El Instituto Zooprofilactico Colombiano, organizado conforme a los Decretos-leyes números 2649 de 1954 y 527 de 1956, extenderá sus actividades a la prestación del servicio de control sanitario en el país contra la fiebre aftosa.
