Apropiaciones Presupuestales y Medidas Administrativas de las Unidades Administrativas Especiales.- Dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la vigencia del presente decreto, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía tomará las medidas de carácter presupuestal y administrativo necesarias para poner en funcionamiento la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética, la Unidad de Información Minero Energética y la Unidad de Regulación Minero Energética.
