Art. 1.° Fíjase en tres mil trescientos noventa i seis pesos diez centavos ($ 3,396-10 centavos) la cantidad necesaria para el caso que se estime conveniente por el Poder Ejecutivo aumentar hasta el cinco por ciento las asignaciones del personal de las Administraciones subalternas de Hacienda nacional i de las Oficinas telegráficas.
