El derecho al auxilio de que trata el numeral 5º del articulo 2º de este Decreto, se adquiere por el empleado al cumplir el tiempo de servicio requerido por la Ley que se reglamenta, y solamente se pierde si es retirado por mala conducta comprobada en investigación administrativa breve y sumaria.
