º. Cancelación de derechos. Previamente a la presentación del plan de manejo ambiental, que trata el presente Decreto, el interesado deberá consignar el valor correspondiente a los derechos causados por el seguimiento al cumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas del mismo, de acuerdo con la escala tarifaria que expida el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, en la cuenta que para el efecto tenga la autoridad ambiental competente.

Parágrafo

Hasta tanto él Ministerio del Medio Ambiente expida la escala tarifaria mediante resolución motivada, no se podrá exigir el pago de tales derechos.
