º. El Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica y Profesiones Afines, determinara las actividades a las cuales pueden dedicarse las personas que tengan título en cualquiera de las profesiones a que se refiere la Ley, y cuya denominación no figure en la clasificación nacional de ocupaciones de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley, para lo cual tendrá en cuenta planes de estudio existentes para otorgar títulos y demás informaciones que estime pertinentes.
