º. En desarrollo del numeral 15 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política, el Gobierno Nacional suprimirá el Fondo cuando éste haya cumplido su objeto. Los derechos y obligaciones que posea el Fondo al momento de su extinción se transferirán a la entidad nacional que determine el Gobierno.
