Diploma. Será elaborado en papel pergamino con las siguientes dimensiones: treinta y cinco (35) centímetros de largo por veinticinco (25) centímetros de ancho, tipo de letra Edwardian Script ITC, excepto las firmas que van en la parte inferior en tipo de letra, Monotipe Cursiva, con el dibujo del anverso de la medalla al lado izquierdo superior y el reverso al lado derecho superior; y en el centro llevará la siguiente leyenda, así:
