Al Superintendente Delegado para Asuntos Jurídicos le corresponden las siguientes funciones:

a)

Colaborar con el Superintendente en la dirección de la entidad y en especial en lo referente a las dependencias a su cargo;

b)

Proponer las políticas que debe formular el Superintendente para el desarrollo de las funciones de inspección y vigilancia;

c)

Velar por el cumplimiento de las leyes y normas vigentes y proponer nuevas disposiciones y reglamentaciones;

d)

Coordinar con las distintas dependencias de la entidad la realización de las visitas de inspección;

e)

Las demás que le señale el Superintendente.
