º . Obligación de solicitar la liquidación. Las entidades vigiladas que por cualquier circunstancia no hubieren recibido la liquidación de la tasa a pagar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, deberán solicitarla a la misma antes del vencimiento de la respectiva fecha para el pago de la cuota correspondiente, adjuntando la información financiera requerida.
