Art 2 . Créase una Junta compuesta del Secretario de Gobierno de la Union, el Alcalde del distrito capital i el Sindico de la Municipalidad, ante la cual se presentarán todas las solicitudes comprobadas conforme al artículo anterior, para que dicha Junta, previo el examen de los comprobantes, distribuya equitativamente entre los solicitantes la cantidad de mil pesos ($1,000), votada por la citada lei 110 de 1880. Comuníquese i publíquese.
