Las porciones de territorios que sean Corregimientos según las disposiciones pertinentes sobre la materia, y que aparezcan en la presente Ley, como Municipios, no alcanza la categoría de tales y por este hecho, sino que necesitan de la creación que expresamente se le otorgue con las formalidades legales.
