La Comisión de Fomento Cerealista y de Leguminosas de Grano y la Comisión del Fomento del Fríjol Soya podrán contratar o subcontratar planes, programas y proyectos con otras agremiaciones y cooperativas del subsector, que le presente la administración o cualquiera de los miembros de las Comisiones respectivas.
