Prohibición de contratar nuevos trabajadores. A partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, el Liquidador no podrá vincular trabajadores a la planta de personal de Corelca S. A. E.S.P., en Liquidación, ni realizar cualquier tipo de actividad que implique celebración de pactos o convenciones colectivas, o cualquier otro acto que no esté dirigido a la liquidación de la entidad.
