- ADICIONAR el numeral 13.30 del artIculo segundo de Ia Resoluciôn No. 500-000934 del 14 de marzo de 2016, en el siguiente sentido: 13.30 Interrogar bajo juramento a cualquier persona cuyo testimonio se requiera para el examen de los hechos relacionados con Ia dirección, administración o fiscalización de las sociedades, de acuerdo a 10 previsto en Ia Ley y en los términos del numeral 40 del artIculo 86 de Ia Ley 222 de 1995 y el numeral 30 del artIculo 20 de Ia Ley 1778 de 2016. Los funcionarios del grupo también contarán con esta función.
