Art. 10. Los gastos de personal y material de las Oficinas de cambio que por este Decreto se establecen, y, llegado el caso, los de intereses de Cuentas Corrientes, se harán del producto de los descuentos de billetes; y el resultado líquido será el que debe remesarse á la Caja de la Tesorería general, junto con los valores permutados por cheques para los gastos comunes del servicio público.
