º La Secretaría Permanente de la Comisión Coordinadora del Centenario de Cúcuta a que se refiere el artículo anterior, tendrá su sede en la ciudad de Cúcuta, y será el organismo ejecutor de lo dispuesto en la Ley número 43 de 1973, y de las disposiciones de la Comisión Coordinadora del Centenario de Cúcuta, de que trata, el artículo 3º de la citada Ley.
