En los procesos de paz y en cada una de sus etapas se garantizará la participación efectiva de las mujeres y de la sociedad civil, la reparación y los demás derechos de las víctimas, enfoque étnico, participativo, de género, ambiental, de libertad religiosa y diferencial, así como el principio de centralidad de las víctimas, serán transversales a los acuerdos.
