En el caso previsto en el Artículo anterior, el Director, después de cerciorarse de las circunstancias del hecho, levantara un acta en do se indique con precisión todos los pormenores de las personas que participaron en el delito, o lo presenciaron. De dicha acta se remitirá el original a la autoridad competente, después de dejar una copia en el archivo del Establecimiento, y enviar otra a la dirección general de prisiones.
