ARTICULO 113 . Sanción al recusante temerario . Si al decidir la recusación se encuentra que ella fue ostensiblemente infundada, se sancionará al recusante, después de oirlo en descargos, con una multa hasta el equivalente a diez salarios mínimos legales mensuales a favor del Tesoro Nacional y para ser administrados por el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. Si fuere el caso, se ordenará expedir las copias pertinentes para la investigación penal o disciplinaria a que hubiere lugar. TITULO III SUJETOS PROCESALES
