Art. 396. Los Capitanes de buque, al salir de los puertos, i miéntras navegan dentro de sus aguas, tomarán las medidas marineras necesarias para no chocar, rozar ni dañar en manera alguna a los demas buques o a las embarcaciones menores que estén ancladas en el puerto o entrando o saliendo de él.
