El ordinal a) del artículo 13 del Decreto número 798 del 29 de Abril de 1941, quedará modificado así:

Los funcionarios remunerados o ad honores de la República, que viajen al exterior en desempeño de alguna comisión oficial, siempre que esta comisión haya sido conferida por decreto ejecutivo con la firma del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores. En el decreto se especificará el objeto y duración de la comisión.
