La licencia de funcionamiento deberá solicitarse por lo menos con seis meses, de anterioridad al comienzo del período lectivo proyectado, se concederá hasta por dos años que podrán prorrogarse hasta por tres más si la evaluación que se haga es satisfactoria y se cumplen, además, los requisitos que se señalan en el artículo 10.
