Una vez adoptada la medida de Salvaguardia Especial Agrícola, el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, será el encargado de realizar las correspondientes notificaciones a la otra Parte sobre la aplicación de la medida, de conformidad con lo establecido en el correspondiente acuerdo comercial internacional vigente para Colombia.
