De conformidad con el artículo 1° de la Ley 1ª de 1983 y el Decreto reglamentario 3070 de 1983, las Secretarías de Hacienda Departamentales o Municipales, donde existieren, o el Tesorero Municipal en su defecto, suministrarán a la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, FOCINE, los datos, informaciones o declaraciones que hubieren entregado a los responsables de las salas de exhibición cinematográfica, en relación con el pago de impuestos nacionales o departamentales.
