Factor de perpetuidad (fp). Debido a que la utilización de la reserva es de forma permanente, el costo de rehabilitación ecológica, por metro cuadrado, se difiere a perpetuidad, por medio de la tasa social de descuento vigente para proyectos de inversión social en Colombia, doce por ciento (0.12), definida por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, (DNP).
