Las diligencias informativas se practicarán en un término de 15 días, a partir de la iniciación del sumario. En caso de demoras injustificadas, el funcionario instructor será sancionado con multas de diez pesos ($10) a cincuenta pesos ($ 50) que serán impuestas por el respectivo superior.
