Solicitud de certificados. El Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, los funcionarios de investigación y de acusación y los Jueces en ejercicio de sus funciones, podrán pedir certificados del registro penal. Los funcionarios administrativos solo podrán solicitarlo cuando sea necesario investigar los antecedentes de persona llamada a ejercer funciones públicas.
