Tarifa diferencial en telefonía móvil celular. Conforme al numeral segundo del artículo 9° de la Ley 1699 de 2013, los beneficiarios tendrán derecho a tarifas diferenciales con descuentos del quince por ciento (15%), única y exclusivamente en una sola línea de telefonía móvil celular por núcleo familiar; la cual tendrá que ser solicitada personalmente por el miembro de la Fuerza Pública con discapacidad o por alguno de los integrantes del núcleo familiar del miembro de la Fuerza Pública fallecido quien deberá estar acreditado y al momento de su solicitud presentará su carnet, junto con su documento de identidad.

Parágrafo

Entiéndase que el beneficio de la tarifa diferencial con descuento no aplica en ningún caso y bajo ninguna condición para la compra de equipos terminales móviles.
