Si al evaluar la petición se encuentra mérito para abrir la investigación, así lo dispondrá la Dirección de Comercio Exterior, mediante resolución motivada que se publicará en el Diario Oficial. Del mismo modo, de encontrarse que no existe mérito para iniciarla, así lo dispondrá la misma Dirección mediante resolución motivada dentro de los mismos términos.
