Todo Explotador De Una Mina A Cielo Abierto Deberá Diseñar El Sistema De Tráfico Y Señalización Y Un Adecuado Programa De Mantenimiento Vial

Todo explotador de una mina a cielo abierto deberá diseñar el sistema de tráfico y señalización y un adecuado programa de mantenimiento vial.

Parágrafo

El ancho de la vía deberá ser suficiente para garantizar un tráfico seguro. Se deben tener pendientes longitudinales menores del 10%.
