La sentencia que apruebe el trabajo de partición y el auto en que se ordene rehacerlo, son apelables en el efecto suspensivo para ante el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, el cual, como el de árbitros, ha de proceder en conciencia, verdad sabida y buena fe guardada.
