º. Modifíquese el artículo 3º del Decreto 1667 de 1999, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 3º. El presente decreto modifica y adiciona en lo pertinente el Decreto 2599 de 1998, deroga el artículo 14 del Decreto 1013 de 1995 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias y, rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , requisito que se entiende cumplido con la orden impartida por el Director General de Crédito Público, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 18 de la Ley 185 de 1995."
