°. La visa de tránsito ocasionará un derecho o será gratuita según la tarifa especial que sobre base de reciprocidad fije para cada país el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores por medio de Resolución.

Parágrafo

Cuando se ocasione un derecho por "visa de tránsito", éste se hará efectivo adhiriendo y anulando al pie de la visa otorgada las correspondientes estampillas de timbre nacional del Servicio Exterior.
