Article 164

Desde La Fecha De La Ejecutoria De La Providencia Que Otorga Una Licencia, Concesión, Aporte O Permiso, Hasta Un Año Después De La Entrega De La Zona Respectiva Podrán Oponerse: 1

Decreto 2477 de 1986 · por el cual se reglamentan las Leyes 60 de 1967, 20 de 1969 y 61 de 1979 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Desde la fecha de la ejecutoria de la providencia que otorga una licencia, concesión, aporte o permiso, hasta un año después de la entrega de la zona respectiva podrán oponerse

Los que realicen industrias primordiales incompatibles con los trabajos mineros.

Los explotadores de hecho, quienes sólo podrán ejercer su derecho hasta el 1º de enero de 1988.

Parágrafo

El explotador de hecho de esmeraldas y demás piedras preciosas y de berilio y glucinio en cualquiera de sus variedades en ningún caso podrá formular oposición válida ante el Ministerio.
