° En desarrollo de los literales b) y c) del artículo 3º de la Ley 36 de 1973, se entiende que han ejercido de manera continua el periodismo las personas que durante el tiempo allí previsto hubieren desempeñado funciones como las que se relacionan en el artículo primero de este Decreto.
