Miéntras es contrate la construccion de los ramales accesorios al ferrocarril del Norte i se Inicien los trabajos se destina la suma de veinti cinco mil pesos anuales del Tesoro nacional al fomento, de la via carretera del Estado de Boyacá que ponga en comunicacion su capital con la línea principal del ferrocarril.
