Al inimputable por enfermedad mental transitoria se le impondrá la medida de internación en establecimiento psiquiátrico o similar, de carácter oficial, donde será sometido al tratamiento que corresponda.

Esta medida se suspenderá condicionalmente cuando se establezca que la persona ha recuperado su normalidad psíquica.
