º Cuando se invoque el derecho de habeas corpus en favor de alguna persona vinculada por cualquiera de los delitos previstos en el Decreto 180 de 1988 y en la Ley 30 de 1986, se aplicarán las normas vigentes sobre la materia siempre que no sean contrarias a las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Decreto.
