Artículo único. Cédese al Departamento del Norte de Santander, con el único y exclusivo objeto de que sirva para la construcción de la casa de Gobierno, el lote de terreno que, contiguo a la Aduana, posee la Nación en la ciudad de San José de Cúcuta.
