Art. 2.° El Poder Ejecutivo celebrará con el Gobierno de Bolívar un convenio en el cual se fijen la época i términos del pago del ausilio concedido, cuidando de obtener la seguridad de que no se invertirá en objeto distinto de aquel para el cual se ha decretado.
