- Trámite administrativo de la extradición. Corresponde al Gobierno Nacional, ofrecer o conceder la extradición de una persona condenada o procesada en el exterior mediante acto administrativo firmado por el Presidente y todos los Ministros. La oferta o concesión de la extradición procede por el concepto previo y favorable de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. Recibido el concepto de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el Gobierno Nacional dictará dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes la resolución correspondiente. Sólo podrá negarse por razones de conveniencia nacional expresadas en acto administrativo motivado.
