Revisión posterior. La autoridad competente deberá revisar, por lo menos cada cinco años, si el atractivo turístico ha presentado modificaciones en infraestructura, en su trazado o área de atención de visitantes o si se identifican impactos o condicionamientos nuevos que puedan afectar la capacidad del atractivo. En caso afirmativo, deberá requerir al administrador para que presente nuevos estudios de capacidad del atractivo turístico e iniciar un nuevo procedimiento para fijar dicha capacidad.
