Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar el Sistema Nacional de Búsqueda de Personas dadas por Desaparecidas en contexto y en razón del conflicto armado, incluyendo a las víctimas de desaparición forzada, en adelante, Sistema Nacional de Búsqueda, estableciendo su composición, funciones, procedimientos, alcances, y otras disposiciones relativas a su funcionamiento.
