ARTICULO 12. TERMINACION DE LA VINCULACION. La supresión del empleo o cargo como consecuencia de la supresión de la entidad y el reconocimiento de las pensiones de jubilación, dará lugar a la terminación del vínculo legal y reglamentario de los empleados públicos.
